ADEA Wine Company is a family oriented operation that produces a number of Pinot Noir selections and Chardonnay. The selctions Dean-O's Pinot and Ann Sigrid are barrel selections based on individual palate selections of the winemakers Dean and Ann Fisher. They open up the terroir experience by producing single vineyard designates from Durant, Hawks View, and Momtazi Vineyards. Dean-O's Pinot has a palate that is robust with an earthy, woodsy feel that carries flavors of tobacco, dark cherry, with hints of forest floor and licorice. The Ann Sigrid selection is a more delicate pinot exhibiting bright fruit of cherry, blueberry, and huckleberry. The single vineyard selections need almost be experienced rather than described as each one is unique and brings out the 'sense of place'. Cooperage of ADEA Pinots varies from year to year but there are several consistent generalities to note; All Pinots are allowed to age 12 to 14 months in barrels that are light & medium toasted. Dean-O's Pinot and Ann Sigrid utilize barrels each year that are 50% new with a substantial amount of one year old barrels and lesser quantities of neutral barrels. The single vineyard designates utilize 4 barrels each of all new wood and two vineyards are chosen based on which ones are showing the best.

Chardonnay is ADEA's other production wine. Oregon Chardonnays are made with Dijon clones rather than the familiar UC Davis 108 found so often in California. Generally lower on the acid and rounder bodied, Oregon Chardonnay offers something a bit different for lovers of the worlds best selling varietal. Cooperage for ADEA produced chardonnays vary from barrel to stainless steel fermentation, often blending the two to achieve a white wine with nice fruit, body and balance.
